To reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 at our event:

The Event complies with the mandates outlined by the Victorian Government, which requires all patrons to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to be able to enter.

    • All workers, contractors and patrons will be required to prove their vaccination status via Service Victoria app, Medicare app, or equivalent smartphone wallet.
    • Victorians can add their COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app through MyGov or the Express Medicare Plus app.
    • From 12 November 2021, you can no longer use a medical certificate as evidence of COVID-19 vaccination exemption.
    • If you are unable to get any of the approved COVID-19 vaccines for medical reasons, your doctor needs to update your record on the Australian Immunisation Register to confirm that you have a medical exemption.
    • Once your exemption has been processed, you can download your COVID-19 digital certificate exemption and add that to your Services Victoria app, for use when you check-in using Victorian Government QR Code Service.
    • A paper copy of your Immunisation Register will not be acceptable for entry to Twilight Beach Polo.
    • On entry to the event, Ticket holders must provide photo ID (proof of age as this is an over 18 event) and must scan into the event using the Services Victoria app with their vaccination status uploaded to the app.
