What happens with my tickets?
As the event is no longer going ahead on 15 February 2020, a refund will be issued to all ticket purchasers.
Refunds
We are in the process of refunding all tickets sales to purchasers. These funds should be in your account within 7-10 business days. Note: Tickets purchased via our website are subject to a per ticket service fee and a transaction processing fee. All fees will be refunded.
What happens if I don’t receive my ticket refund
If you have not received your ticket refund within 10 business days, please contact our team at info@twilightbeachpolo.com.au and we will manually review your order.
